                              Today I would like to tell you a story about the business between I and Mr Nick who is from

                          Spain .


                          We met each other on the platform on 3rd Jan.2021. At the first , Mr Nick just sent the inquiry

                          and shared his wechat with me then I added his wechat. At the beginning , he told me he

                          would like to place the order about 20*40HQ containers about our products- 3d pe foam

                          stickers. To be honest, I didn’t trust him and thought maybe he was joking as this is the first

                          time we do the business with each other. But I still talk with him and provided the information

                          which he needed. He always type the word in Spanish and could not talk with me by call, so

                          we just type the word to communicate with each other by google translator. He is kind and

                          patient.I told him share his detail demand with me then I would provide the quotation for him

                          and he did. He sent to me the products list which he look for and I provided the quotation for

                          him. As we didn’t do business with each other before so I suggest him just place the order as

                          2*40HQ container of pe foam sticker to test the quality of our products, he agreed with me

                          and often corporate with me with patience. After we confirm everything about the order , he

                          told me that he would negotiate with his customers and then share opinion with me so I wait

                          for him. After 2 weeks , he told me he will pay the money in the new week , I felt happy and

                          appreciated to him and wait for . He is a trustworthy businessman and finally he paid the

                          payment for the order and we start the produce the order for him after we receive the payment .


                          From this story , I know that we need keep patient with each clients. Don't judge others casually

                          and we should try our best to do everything which we could do. If we follow up each customer’s

                          inquiry very carefully and patiently, I believe we can succeed.
