The client is from Ethiopia and has been stored in the customer profile of our system for many years. Fortunately, this customer started inquiring about the price in the second month after I joined our company. Every time he asked a lot of questions and have not placed an order for so many years and no samples he needed. I carefully checked the communication records between colleagues and customers for so many years and found that the client was busy, and the responses were short but very efficient. I accurately judged that the customers should have a lot of experience in doing business with China but are not so familiar with our company’s products. At the same time, the client was sensitive to price. How can we impress customers? I have always emphasized the quality of our company's products when communicating with customers. I was very lucky that the customer was a very kind person and paid us the deposit on time. As my first customer, I am determined to provide the best quality and service for the customers. From the production to the shipment, I have encountered new epidemics and the continued high sea freight impact, but I have been maintaining good communication with my client.
